Clovernook Apartments is a 466-unit workforce housing community in Mount Healthy, Ohio consisting of 45 residential buildings on a 38-acre campus. The development serves households with incomes at or below 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).

We offer four different floor plans to meet your needs: choose from a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment, or a 2- or 3- bedroom townhome. Every 2-bedroom has 1.5 baths, and every 3-bedroom has 1 full and 2 half baths. The units range in size between 595 and 1,200 gross square feet.  Onsite laundry is available, and townhomes are equipped with a washer/dryer hook-up.
